Renovations include:

Install new furnace, hot water heater, refinish hardwood flooring throughout, repair drywall, roll heavy texture on walls and paint throughout, repair plumbing in kitchen and in bathroom, repair bay window in loft area.

Kitchen: Remove laminate, repair subfloor, install new plank wood flooring, install new countertops and sink, repair and resurface existing cabinets, install new hardware

Bathroom - install new plank wood flooring, repair shower

Bedroom 1 & 2 - Repair ceiling tiles


 

The old Simply Daves Bar was recently acquired and renovation will begin shortly.
